Website prices are shown in Australian dollars and are indicative “from” prices unless stated otherwise. A booking is not confirmed until availability, inclusions, final price, payment schedule and applicable booking terms are provided and accepted in writing.
2. Payments
We will tell you which secure payment methods are available. Do not send card details through WhatsApp, email or an enquiry form. When Stripe checkout is introduced, payment processing will also be subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices.
3. Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate traveller details, suitable passports, visas or entry permissions, health requirements, travel insurance and arriving on time for included services. Entry and health rules can change; official government advice should be checked before travel.
4. Changes and cancellations
Supplier charges, cancellation windows and change conditions vary by journey. We will provide the applicable conditions before you pay. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Third-party services
Hotels, transport operators, guides and other suppliers deliver parts of a journey. We select and coordinate suppliers with reasonable care, but their services may also be subject to their own lawful conditions.
6. Website content
Travel information is general and may change. We work to keep it current but do not guarantee that every article reflects a change made by a government, carrier or service provider immediately. Confirm time-sensitive requirements with the relevant official source.
